The AP-456 tensiscope makes the identification of strains on mounted lenses possible. Such strains can cause distortions and, in glass lenses, chips.
There are always strains when mounting a lens. Any excessive strain shown by the tensiscope must be eliminated.
This tensiscope is the only one with an adjustable inclination, according to the different needs.
